Rooms Available For Long & Short Term Let

We have a suite of three rooms available to let on a long or short term basis, including hourly ad hoc.

The rooms can be hired as a suite or individually.

In the past the space has used by an Ofsted approved Montessori nursery, by small companies, by counsellors and for training seminars.

South Room

This room measures 8.25m x 4.45m and is the largest of the three spaces available.

With its own entrance, it would be ideal office space for a small company. It has enough space for at least 4 workstations. It also has large built in cupboards for storage.

This room also works well as a training room for courses or seminars.

This space costs £15/hour and comes with wifi.

Gallery

The gallery area is in the centre of the building and measures 7.3m x 4.5m. The beautiful stained glass window lends this space a serene atmosphere that would make it an ideal meeting space.

There is access to wifi to help your meeting run smoothly.

There is enough seating for up to 12 people. With comfortable sofas to relax between sessions.

The cost is £15/hour.

North Room

This is the most intimate of the three spaces.

At 5.67m x 4.47m it is ideal as a small office, meeting room or as a counselling space.

It will cost £12/hour to use this room.

All the rooms have access to toilets and a well equipped kitchen.
The Hall downstairs can be rented out in conjunction with these rooms on an ad hoc or ongoing basis.
